Cabernet Sauvignon
We wanted a taste profile that would match $70 - $100 cabernets, and we wanted to make it available at around half that price point. Working with one of the finest vintners in Napa Valley, vintagio has created a remarkable Cab. A blend of 90% cab + 5% syrah + 5% merlot – it was created with the goal of providing a floral bouquet, a fruit-forward, complex finish, and overall flavor profile characteristic of much, much more expensive wines.

Merlot
Taste the grapes! Vintagio’s merlot tastes more like merlots of the past, before sulfides were used in such abundance. This low sulfide merlot is also low in tannins, which makes it remarkably drinkable, smooth and unpretentiously delicious. If you turn your nose up at most Merlot’s – you’ll find ours as luscious and full-bodied as any red wine anywhere close to its price range.

Chardonnay
Like our red wines, our Chardonnay is remarkably low in sulfides. Which means you’ll enjoy the smooth, fruity taste of our superior grapes, not the bite you may associate with other Chardonnay’s. Low sulfides also mean you don’t want to let this wine sit around. And if you’re like us, having to drink it up will be just fine. Order, open, enjoy – repeat.
