Vintagio Wines Return Policy


In order to protect the quality of our wine and to ensure that you always receive properly stored Vintagio wine, we ask that you read our shipping policies mentioned below. if you would like to speak with someone at Vintagio Wines please send us a message or call us at 1.888.696.8729.


Broken Bottles

If you receive a broken bottle(s) during shipping, call us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment or email us so that we can pursue a claim with the shipping company. You will need to return the broken product in its original packaging. Please understand that if the broken product cannot be returned, Vintagio Wines cannot provide a refund for damaged goods.


Order Incomplete or Incorrect

In the case of error you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods so that we can resolve the issue in a timely fashion.


Wine Storage

Vintagio Wines are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in excellent condition upon leaving our winery. As understood in the wine trade, all bottles are purchased at the buyer's risk. Any return claim will be addressed on a per order basis, and under our discretion, may not be refundable.


Vintagio Wines Liability

Vintagio Wines assumes no liability for wines that are overheated, leaking or frozen, as a result of shipping. If you feel that temperature extremes, either too hot or cold, could possibly be a threat to the overall quality of your Vintagio Wines shipment, we strongly suggest that you request to have your order shipped via express air service to ensure the highest level of protection for your purchase. We know that express service can be costly.  We also offer a delayed shipment upon request.
